01 General Terms
Jettbuz.bet (referred to as "jettbuz", "we", or "the platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between jettbuz and its users.

02 Account Registration
To open a valid account on jettbuz, the following conditions must be met:

- Single Account Policy: Each person may operate one account only. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and funds forfeited.
- Accurate Information: Name, address, phone number, and email must be provided accurately. Providing false information will result in account termination.
- Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. jettbuz is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
- Contact Information: A valid email address or phone number must be provided for urgent communications.
Warning: Providing false information at registration or using another person's identity constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.
03 Account Verification (KYC)
Jettbuz follows international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. For withdrawals above a certain amount or when suspicious activity is detected, one or more of the following documents may be requested for verification:
- Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
- Payment method verification — e.g. bKash/Nagad account screenshot
- Selfie or video verification (in specific cases)
Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is complete. jettbuz aims to complete the verification process within 72 hours.

Deposits are typically instant. If there's a delay for any reason, please contact support. jettbuz does not charge any deposit fees, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.
Important: Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may result in a refund and account suspension.
05 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings from jettbuz:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Withdrawal request processing time: 30 minutes to 24 hours
- Withdrawals can only be made to verified payment methods
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings
- Additional KYC verification may be required for large withdrawals
Jettbuz does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

07 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to placing bets on jettbuz:
- Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash out feature).
- Odds Changes: Odds may change rapidly during live betting. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are final.
- Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Technical Issues: If a bet is not confirmed due to a server issue or network disruption, it will be considered void.
- Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies to single bets, which varies depending on the type of game and market.
- Score Dispute: In the event of any dispute over results, jettbuz's decision shall be considered final.
08 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jettbuz platform:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts
- Registering using another person's identity
- Using a third party's account or payment method
- Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
- Attempting to attack or hack the platform's security systems
- Attempting to fix matches or manipulate odds unfairly
- Harassing other users or disrupting the normal operation of the platform
Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where necessary.
09 Account Suspension & Closure
Jettbuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- If a breach of these terms is established
- If KYC verification fails or false documents are submitted
- If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected
- By order of a court or law enforcement authority
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the remaining balance will be refunded. However, if closure is due to a breach of terms, bonuses and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited.
Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team.
10 Responsible Gaming
